I've been having this problem for a few weeks, average search time is 1-2 minutes, yet I can't find a game, it just keeps searching. I've never had this issue before and I can start up NHL 22 and fin...

Essentially this is what I did, set to relaxed and after a couple of days I would start to find games here and there, It's not as quick as it was, but at least I can find a random game.

Community ManagerHow long has it been since you set it to relaxed? We'd like to see a few days of matchmaking happening on that setting.
I believe it was Sunday 4-9-2023, started finding games on Tuesday the 11th
