@KlariskraysNHL Yeah, while I agree with the builds I think the issue is more about the xfactors rather than attributes. They're just a little too much.
As far as the sweats go, I think you have a couple options.. put a cap on seasonal development.. so in october-december you can only become an 80 and then each month or so raise it by a few. OR you can make grinding our your guys not TOO difficult so anyone can get up to a 90-95 fairly quickly. Regardless I think sweaty players are always gonna win so even if nothing is done you're gonna get similar outcomes.
The other option is to cap out overall based on div/ season/ or mode.. this would take some math. In some games the game can artificially drop your overall level for the game/ match. (Years ago I played pokemon and when entering the battle tower your team was dropped to level 50.. no matter if they were level 88 or 100. Maybe in clubs it can be dropped based on one of the factors above to control this.. either make it a complex mathematical thing or allow players to choose which attributes to keep and which to drop to enter clubs. I think the main issue would be balancing x factors, these are pretty broken. X factors wither need to carry some weight at the expense of other xfactors (like a point system where you could have 4 average silver x factors or 1 good gold or 2 good silver.. something along those lines.. or just severely nerf the top xfactors.
As far as paying for a better player I would do so if it meant that money was reinvested into the game.. unfortunately based on profits and how little we see this game improving I don't think money is reinvested very often which is why we're where we are.
