World of Chel forgot my account
I had nhl 23 on xbox one, got a xbox series S and downloaded it again on new console. When signing into EA, all of my stuff is gone. Thought it was in the cloud, what gives??

The Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S versions are separate. Content and progress don't carry over between them.
