World of Chel Jerseys Don’t Show Up

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Xbox Series S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? MLecs13
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? We cannot see our custom jerseys. We can see the gloves and helmets colored, but have generic black jerseys with NHL logo
What do you expect to see? Our custom jerseys
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Our custom jerseys will not show up in Chel when playing club. They don’t show up at the main WOC screen, in the dressing room or on the ice. 

Our colored helmets and gloves come through but the jerseys are black with the NHL logo

    $70 for a problem that apparently has been around since the beginning of last year that they were "looking into" then and would be fixed with a "patch" at some point.  Goes to show that they weren't even changing anything from 22 to 23 that the bug is still here. absolutely ridiculous that  you can't even get a reply on here for this- just goes ignored.

    As a top 100 club, it'd be nice to know that EA cared about more than just HUT.   What a waste.

    very discouraging.. I'm sure many people have the problem.  We have seen it against clubs we have faced and not being able to switch jerseys means black on black jerseys in-game.

    I have this issue as well.  Appears it's been occurring over a year.  EA acknowledges it but can't seem to fix it.

    Luck won!  We actually found a workaround by adding a third member to our club and assigning him as an assistant captain.  This completely reset the jerseys again.  We played a handful of games last night with our new custom jerseys. 

    I haven't tried today, but literally never saw the club jerseys when I was assigned assistant captain originally.  DEFINITELY SEEMS TO BE SOMETHING WITH THE CAPTAIN STATUS to give the devs something to focus in on.
