X factor edition rewards

I bought the X factor edition on my ps5 to play world of chel current gen with my buds and I didn’t even get my X factors or anything for my world of chel player as promised like where’s my * I want my money back.

    You should have received bags with these items. Did you purchase the physical version of the game? If so, you should have a code that needs to be redeemed.
