Xbox - Failed to retrieve data

Loaded game no problems, logged into NHL 23, opened packs in HUT then went to set team up and crashed with Error “failed to retrieve data”.

Closed game and restart, will not let me open the team menu in HUT without crashing, also freezes when trying to start a game spinning puck with message cleaning the ice.

managed to play Rush but had problems opening pack from rewards, again would randomly crash with the error above.

system- Xbox X

    @SpiritHawky 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    When are you getting this error and what system are you playing on?

    I am getting this everytime I load the game. After pressing a button a couple of time is goes through to hut. Now it has gotten worse the tiles within the interface doesn't even load till like 2 mins after loading the sets of tiles.
