Yep, EA forgot to add retired numbers off option to custom league franchise..

Nice. Too bad we can't switch off retired numbers in Custom Franchise Mode otherwise we could actually have Gretzky wearing his real number as well... It's possible in the regular franchise mo...

@SvenArne123 I love how it says “historic level of customization” but it doesn’t actually let you customize anything other than the amount of teams and their schedules…. You can’t have expansion drafts during the career… you can’t edit ANY players during the career… can’t unretire 99 FOR Gretzky to wear… can’t actually customize anything except for a few basics….

That’s a big swing and an ENORMOUS colossal miss
