Yep, EA forgot to add retired numbers off option to custom league franchise..

Nice. Too bad we can't switch off retired numbers in Custom Franchise Mode otherwise we could actually have Gretzky wearing his real number as well... It's possible in the regular franchise mo...

And…

if you want to play an 80s reboot league I can’t change the computer team jersey when I go to play a game. I have all the teams set to alumni teams they should give you the choice to change it. 
(or am I missing it somewhere?)

it’s not very accurate to be playing 1987 oilers and you play against the Canucks in 2022 jerseys.
