Your progress is saved on our servers so it won't be lost if you uninstall. Before doing that, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data. Let me know what happens.

I was just grinding through HUT moments, then this glitch happened when you had 1 on the top of the screen as complete objective, but there was none to claim, many people had it. And for me it got stuck as per foto. You guys fixed that “1” glitch but my HUT objectives still like that.

I had issues as well, saw this message that I could uninstall and not lose HUT progress.
When I installed again and go into HUT, my team name and abbreviation remains, but it asked me to open my starter pack.
I don't want to open my HUT starter because it may override my current team. I had a friend sign into my account which brings up my team, but I don't know what to do.
If I open the starter pack, will it bring me into HUT with my old team?

Community ManagerAre you sure you're logging in to the account you were originally playing on? Opening that pack will not bring your old team back.
