can referee can pick up broken stick on the ice and helmet
Too many times the puck hit a broken stick and helmet on the ice and its very frustrating... the referee should be able to pick them to clear the ice.

Heres a good exemple... it happen 2 time in 20 seconds. very frustrating.
Small things like this would be decent changes for next year
