Comparing the impact of x-factors/abilities vs. attributes

@SummerOfDekes A. Am I the only one that sees a problem with this???? A 36 OVR should not **ever** play better than a 99. If abilities are OP enough to make a 36 play like a 136, that needs to be nerfed ASAP.

B. I strongly dislike the "hope they tell us stuff down the line" cause it never happens. We were supposed to get that this year bit instead we got a canceled discord, one (allegedly misleading) dev interview & post restrictions
