Elite cup banner nhl 24

Just checked. scanned through arena preview and unfortunately still no banner. Does it only appear under certain arenas? or does it only appear in game?

It won't show up in the preview. You'll need to be in game.

Im also having the same issue and an hoping to get it resolved. We won the 3’s elite cup twice and have nothing showing for it

No banner in our stadium after winning 2 elite cups back to back. Hoping to get our banner up

Same for us. We won pro cup in 6s and 3s and only have a banner for 6s. Is this expected behavior or a bug? Can you get us our banner for 3s?

I have looked in replay. All the banners are blank. If there is any way i can get help to have this fixed i have proof we won. Videos/pictures

So, the banners are there, but they're blank? Can you get me some video of this?

If anyone else has any video, that would help also. We need to confirm you earned the banner and it's not displaying. Thanks!

Hello, everyone. Can you take another look in your arena? The banner should look similar to this.

@EA_Aljo Following up on this. My club has one banner in our stadium. We won pro cup 6s and pro cup 3s and only have one banner. Is this to be expected? You’d think grinding both 3s and 6s and winning both would result in two banners. Pretty crappy if it doesn’t and it isn’t explained to us prior to grinding. Please let me know.

Yes. That is intended. You will only receive one banner in the case of winning both 3s and 6s.
