Seems that it was due to me using the same players but at different ranks for the set. I ended up having to trade two 88 overall Ek and Kempe for a different 90 player then I was able to complete the set! Kind of annoying it wouldn’t lemme just use 88 overalls cause it would’ve been nice to hang on to one and power up instead of trading in a 90 overall when only a 88 overall was required to complete.

I don't quite understand. It should definitely be possible to use two of the same player in a set, even if it's a power up player and one of them is upgraded to a higher overall than the other. I don't know why that would cause an error, but at the same time I can't think of a better explanation for the issue.
