yep it is a known glitch that they never bothered to fix in any updates. Most frustrating. I also noticed a new glitch yesterday where when entering as the 33rd team in expansion draft it would say I had 12 million in salary, but only allowing me to sign 4 million. I added up all of my salary and I should have actually had 18 million remaining. This made it so that I was short in being able to sign some players that I wanted to sign. I had to switch to being an existing team, which did not have this issue.
