I thought attempting a hit when trying to shoot was supposed to be fixed?Multiple times, loose pucks, and I'm in position to attempt a shot -- while holding LT too -- but my player will attempt a hit and ultimately I will be penalized for interference.If the game does not think I'm in position to tap in a rebound, why can't I just do a whiff animation? Why do I have to do a crosscheck. The game is punishing me when the last thing I want to do is attempt a hit. This makes no logical sense. Punish me for poorly timing the rebound shot by WHIFFING. Don't punish me with a PENALTY. That makes no sense! Please, on all that's pure and true, FIX THIS. Thank you!

@EA_Aljo In previous games, if I'm not mistaken, holding L2 in the offensive zone disabled an attacking player's ability to hit. Why is this not able to be replicated anymore?

@MasterB89 Thanks, but we really don't need any more examples of this. It's a well known issue and it's not been an easy one to address as it can cause bigger problems. Hopefully, it'll be resolved in future games. If I could fix just one thing in 24, it would be this. Today alone I've had 3 penalties because of it. All in one game. To say it's frustrating is an understatement.

This one is incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, it's also not as easy to fix as it seems. Hopefully, we'll see it handled in a future update.

Yes. There are other scenarios as well. It's pretty much anytime you're trying to shoot a loose puck. Very frustrating for sure. I've been pretty vocal about this and sent over the feedback on it as well.

It's been impossible to try and stuff a rebound around the net for years. You'll just whiff on it or try to hit.

I see rebounds getting put back in almost every game. It's far from impossible. Even with the interference issue.

@EA_Aljo Not in close. You see them when it bounces to someone, but loose pucks sitting in front of the goalie get picked up and stuffed into pads. Other times your guy will skate in back up try to slap it. You don't get loose pucks in the crease with a quick tap to it like an nhler would do. The sport this game is based on.

I don't recall this being so much of an issue in previous years like it is in 24. Not saying you're wrong though.
