In EASHL post game lobby, allow party leader to kick drop in players

We usually play 6s with 5 players (no goalie). If we only have 4 players we will allow drop in skaters.

After the game if our 5th player is ready to join us but the drop in player sticks around, every club member has to leave the lobby and rejoin instead of just removing the drop-in player
