Interference penalties trying to shoot rebounds
Anyone else notice a ton of interference penalties when trying to shoot rebounds in front of the net?

I agree completely with removing spamming shoot for rebounds and one-timers, but why make the player cross-check. You are punishing the player with a cross-check animation that often leads to penalties, when that is the last thing the player is trying to do. Why not make it so the player attempts a shot (i.e., whiffs) ? Doesn't this make more sense?
THE GOAL is to NOT reward the player for holding up or spamming shoot over and over?
The best solution is to make the player do a shot animation, which would cause them to shoot early, and, thus, whiff.

Community ManagerI revised that statement last week. It is not intended that penalties are being taken. This is being investigated.
okay well if you’re investigating it still a month later that’s a bad sign. y’all need to fix it. it’s such a small fix it makes no sense to take this long.

no offense but that’s even worse cuz it’s still happening at a very high rate. don’t get me wrong, i’m enjoying ur game overall, but penalties are called WAY too often in chel. i’ll be skating alongside a puck handler down the ice and move a bit towards him and throw my shoulder out to push him off the puck and get charging. and the interference penalties when trying to shoot happen very often still.
