Missing Elite Cup Rewards

My club went 16-5 in the 3s playoffs and when we got rewards, all we had was a 6s participant bag. We’re missing the patch on our jersey and the banner in our arena. Has anyone else had this problem?...

Hi there, @ryanrulz27 

You should be able to see the banner by going into a game and viewing a replay to pan around the arena. It's not visible in the practice arena unfortunately. Can you confirm that's missing?

    I have checked multiple arenas in game and it is not there. Nore is the jersey patch and the logo from the bag i believe we should’ve gotten.
