Missing X Factor Player in my HUT collection

This was sometimes an issue last season too. Sometimes just exiting to the main menu helped.

I would do a hard restart of the game.  That often cleared the issue.

Manually quit the game and relaunch it

I just got the same issue on nhl 25 lost 4 players there invicivible and not retreivable

Same issue with xfaxtor Hischier. Unlocked im via the sets, sent him collection. He is nowhere to be found
