My Playtest code was already redeemed...

I got the code some couple minutes ago and my code is already redeemed, how’s that even possible EA? C’mon. This is not the good step. 

Tried it on Microsoft page & Xbox Store app. 
My gamertag is : I2aein

Oh yeah, I got exacly the same problem.

Anyone else have this problem? I entered my code on my correct account and it said it had already been redeemed and didn't work. Furthermore I can't access the playtest forums.

Got my code a few hours ahead of play test time… code says it has already been redeemed when I try to add it to my Xbox account.  How?  I just got it… now what?

"This code has already been redeemed" beta fail. 

telling me my beta code has been redeemed. i followed instructions correctly and nobody else has my code. wtf EA. 

Sooo… are we just ignoring this? Seems to be a common issue. If they can’t even distribute codes correctly it really makes me worried for what the game will be.
