New drop in matchmaking system for NHL World of CHEL

So I’ll try to explain this as best as I can.

instead of loading into a locker room and waiting for the server to find teammates then opponents, why isn’t it like this:

• when you enter world of Chel you create your player select and edit load out and launch into the outdoor rink.
• This rink can hold a maximum of 12 players (10 skaters 2 goalies). 
• its free skate practice with communication and chat between players to form a team by playing and gaining chemistry
• Players can then agree to start matches in the locker rooms. Club or drop i
• this seems more like real scrimmage games in our local rink
