What exactly do you want with full presentation? As far as on-ice projections go, I don't have any details on that or the Bruins goalie hug.
Full presentation has not been added back, but we are focusing on broadcast improvements for the future of the franchise.

I don‘t remember in which NHL it was, but there were once some real scenes from outside of the arena or the city in the intro, that was sick.

The real scenes were part of the NBC broadcasting package. With NBC not broadcasting NHL games now, we can't have that in the game. As mentioned though, we are focusing more on broadcast improvements in the future.
If I understand you right, it's just longer intros and showing the goalie along with their stats?

Full and condensed presentation was the option in NHL 22 that was fine but in NHL 23 the intros is about 6 SEC wit only condensed option. And i se no difference in NHL 24!i do not understand why NHL has this cheap intro solution?EA Fifa and Madden has TOTALLY different intros before the game and why do we NHL fans not get this to?I thought after all the feedback 100 page ++ about this for NHL 23 the team had fixed this and for NHL 24 they would bring back the intros with goalie presentation. This is a example intro how it should be but it is NHL 14!in NHL 24 they should have built from this and have much better intros but instead they are worse.NHL games with NBC package was also really nice with outside shots of the city.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOq8Xzt2kKMThis is what we mean when we say we want full presentation. The intros in 24 look great but they need to be longer/give us the option of longer ones. I know there were technical issues with other elements that were cut from 23, but there's no reason intros can't be as long as they used to be, with team/goalie stats. Personally I think there should be options to turn on/off all of this--the spotlight goals, pressure meter, etc. and the Full/Condensed presentation option too. You're never going to please everyone but having a choice helps!!
Honestly what gets me on the Flex Moments is not the closeups, it's the lighting. Why can't the lighting just be regular as if you were watching on TV? Isn't that the point? The dim lighting is what takes you out of the immersion.

Přijde mi normální nastupovat do zápasu, když nevím, který brankář je na soupeřově straně? když se nás zeptáte, co si představujeme za kompletní prezentaci, je vidět, že absolutně netušíte, co my?

- Strictly60s2 years agoSeasoned Vanguard@EA_Aljo Since going for improved broadcast feel, are we going to get simple things like showing the players walking down the tunnel at the end of the periods or walking out of the tunnels onto the ice during intros? I realize that likely won't happen for 24 but it should absolutely be something added in 25 if you are truly trying to make it feel like an actual broadcast.

For Full Presentation, as you have heard here, there was a Settings option to have condensed or full presentation which with condensed mean it went fast to the next face off, no replays, short opening intros. Then that wasnt there in NHL23 and so we lost the replays after goals, saves, hits, big plays and the longer intros..
Many offline users want that authentic experience of playing but feeling like you are watching it on TV and were use to for so many years. Based on the changes coming for NHL 24, it was not clear in the Presentation video if offline replays were returning for saves and big plays, as David Pritchett (Lead Presentation Producers) says replays for goals but doesnt specify other types. Will there be replays returning for other than goals?
With more replays added and if the opening intro of the arena and players skating was like 5-10 seconds longer even it would feel like we are getting a feel for the atmosphere at the game. It's over in less then 10 seconds and seems like all that great work the team put into the graphics and cinematics of the arena arent getting shown off long enough.
After goals we used to get shots of the crowd jumping up and cheering like if you were at a game. You barely see the crowd from a pulled back camera view anymore, except for that brief intro before faces offs or starts of period. The crowd looks great after goals are scored but it's not shown to the player like it was a few years back.
The Flex Moments after goals are cool but after every goal seems like a little much and it will get annoying. Would be nice if it was only after some big goals or big name player goals and the rest was the past view of the gameplay camera showing the celebration. Provides variety that way. A toggle to turn the Flex Moments down or off would be nice.

You know how Full Presentation worked in NHL 22?LITERALLY THAT
Every other AAA sports game title has figured this out. EANHL had it figured out till they took it out for ZERO reason last year. JUST PUT IT BACK IN

- SummerOfDekes2 years agoNew Ace@EA_Aljo Personally, I'd like to see more authentic, real-to-life camera angles used for goal celebrations.
In real life after a goal is scored, you do see the camera cut to the player who scored, but it's usually from the angle of a camera at ice level behind the glass or a camera in the stands. The current spotlight celebration in 24 just looks very jarring and out of place. It feels less like an NHL broadcast and more like a Fortnite stream on Twitch.
If you go back to NHL 15/16 and just watch the intro presentation, it's incredibly realistic. You had shots of the city/arena, players taking the ice out of the tunnel, goalies stretching with their stats overlaid, the commentators green screened to look like they're really in the arena, etc. Virtually all of that presentation has been completely lost in recent years.- coolspot7772 years agoSeasoned Hotshot
We need the longer presentation imagine this short intro before the game for EA Fifa or Madden even UFC has better presentation with presentation of the fighters before the match starts. Feels almost like we are punished for being hockey fans.i am sorry to say it but it feels that way when they cut off the presentation make it shorter and more arcadey stuff like meters on the ice.Is it so difficult to have like in real life?make the replays with realistic TV camera view and milestones or special goals with the one the have as new this year.
I think the team should have credit for the presentation work but it is so sad when the work feels half done compare to the other sports game EA have and i have played hockey games since Blades of steel 1988 on Nintendo and it makes me sad when the presentation takes step back last 2 years when it was better intros, replays and 3 stars after the game etc 10-15 years ago!- coolspot7772 years agoSeasoned Hotshot
Slevless gaming is so right on point listening from 10.00 min and EA please read ALL the comments fans begging for more of a real broadcast style presentation and longer authentic intros and it is not the first time we are begging for this.it like i said almost like we are punished because we love hockey when other sports game has this in their games it is hard to understand.Ea please give the hockey fans the presentation they deserve.
- Bruins0632 years agoNew Vanguard@SummerOfDekes Miss those days with the nbc package and hopefully for nhl 25 we get either tnt or epsn
- KlariskraysNHL2 years agoHero@Bruins063 Probably won't happen since the tv deals aren't for very long and if the NHL were to move from one and/or both it would need gutted out meaning a huge time sink. Now if the NHL were to have long deals in place after I could see it becoming a thing, but it would also need those people to be a part of the show to which isn't always easy.
