I like the idea of the pressure thing in NHL 24 but I am all for the feeling of realism in hockey games and that icon would drive me crazy if i have to play with it all the time.
So do you think you can turn that off?
i like the pressure system...if they ruin this by putting that ugly meter on the ice with no toggle i literally wont buy due to that...

With all the seemingly positive things they're planning for this game and saying about the future, they still show complete incompetence by taking away Hybrid controls and adding a stupid giant graphic in the middle of the ice you can't toggle off.
Truly baffling.

Although making the game as accessible as possible is always a goal - there are times when a game’s tech has improved to the point where a controller adjustment is necessary.
I think those who are glued to hybrid controls could use this as an opportunity to learn something new and make things feel a little refreshing.
Yeah I’m curious as to whether or not this will be able to be turned off. I’d really hope so, I like turning off everything on screen I can’t to eliminate distraction. Not sure why they thought that was a good idea

No no...EA prefers to only turn off editing capabilities, you know the things we request they enable. The things we request they allow us to toggle on and off because it's intrusive and takes away from the experience they will force us to endure because, well, you know...it's EA.
I think this is a big mistake if we do not have the option to turn this pressure meter off centered in the offensive zone.The system could work as they (EA) want but please it is enough to se it on the boards.I se this all over the internet forums and people are very worried about this so please let us have the option to turn this off.
