In the interview https://www.rds.ca/balle-courbe/nhl-...tes-1.17367805 he says "We haven't done/ had allot of focus on the offline modes." Not even saying We haven't put our energies into offline game modes." or nothing about there being no changes at all. Unless there's an interview/ somewhere else he's said this.
So there can be basic/ long overdue editing features and lingering problems fixed, instead of a complete overhaul like the gameplay is sounding like. Hope is low with EA but I would like to go by his exact words.
@bg0vzeyqov1y if I read that right you are saying they will be working on offline modes before release but we won’t find out until more deep dive videos?
- @KennyN1220 I'm not saying they will/ wont be working on them for certain, only that they could maybe be sprinkling in fixes/ changes etc. for the offline modes before launch or during updates. There is hope I think.
All I know is in that video when asked about the offline modes Mike never says anything like "there will be no fixes/ changes to franchise/ BAP at all whatsoever in NHL 24" unless there's somewhere else he's said it. @bg0vzeyqov1y yeah we will have to wait for all the deep dives and other videos. I mainly play offline modes so it would be nice to see some changes to them that I feel will make them better! I think the gameplay looks great and I hope to play the beta next week to get a feel! I am glad to see the game move in a right direction.
