I probably won't get any response here, but I get a bug where I start a Be A Pro career and have the same opening cinematic as last year?
It might be a glitch, but don't know how I triggered it. I tried reinstalling and it's still the cinematic by the lake and the phone call.

I can't use my last name in WOC becomes it comes up saying it offensive but I've been allowed to you it online since 2013. The person that "tried" to help me say he can't do anything on his end because its a terms agreement and the servers pick and choose and mentioned to alter the spelling, so I tried with a name I know played briefly in the NHL being Paetsch, still comes up with being offensive, yet the name is IN THE PLAY BY PLAY CALL LIST but yet Satan isnt offensive which is also in the play by play call list.
i was doing a set in NHL 25, and accidentally added a valuable card due to autofilling by highest overall, specifically Xfactor William Nylander. I spent money and time on the game, and was told that i cannot get the card back, even with video footage. i spoke with previous EA associates as this has happened in the past, and they were able to return the lost item in my inbox. This is a very frustrating experience as I am told by EA live chat that this is the only option, and cannot get a card back that was lost in a completed set due to NHL 25 autofilling cards to sets by highest overall. I was told that “they could not check with the details” when someone I knew internally was previously able to assist.
I'm playing NHL 25 online versus and I've made sure 100 times that it's on "always up" but, I'm going always down and I'm 1-7 and I'm pretty pissed off about it at this point. How do I make it so I'm going up when I play 1v1 online?

Try changing it to Prefer Up. Also, make sure you do this from the settings screen within Online Versus. It should work in the settings outside of that mode, but it would be good to do it here to be sure. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with accidental set submissions. The best I can advise is to be more careful in the future. Make sure you double check the items added after autofilling so you can remove anything you don't want to submit.
