hi peeps i need help i redeem the code in my xbox but the problem i dont see the game for downloading nothing and when i type nhl 24 in the store i cant dowload it from there any help please and i cant go in the playtest forum so its hard to try something please help

Go to the Store and then to "Redeem" on the left side toolbar and enter the code.
I have the same issue, I followed the instructions in the e-mail, entered the code and expected it to transfer to my xbox downloading storage and it has done nothing. I restarted my xbox and it still won't allow me to find it.
Can someone please shed some light on this or are we in the dark as always?

Yeah they just give you the run-around and tell you to speak to the other platform when they don't even know where it goes wrong.

Go to your Microsoft account and go to Help, then scroll to the bottom of the page and it'll show "Still need help?" and tells you to submit an email.
This will open a case for you!
I found it!!!
Go to your game library, full libary, and change your Filter to Sports games. Then go to the very bottom, you'll see XBSX - Erebus
It should be there!
