Our club won the required 16 games to win the Elite Cup Trophy. Got the championship trophy and animation. Got the logo patch (that says participant), saw the message that says we get a banner. But 2 weeks now and no banner. Is this a glitch? How can this be corrected?
NOBODY has any insight on this????

Community ManagerYou should still get the banner even when retrying. Can you send me a private message with your team name as well as the console version of the game you're playing? I'll see if we can get these granted to you both.

I dont recall. But i would not be surprised if we did. We play a lot in all online forms.
