No makar player item?
Bought the X factor edition loaded up HUT I have the points and the power up hero pack but I have no cale makar. Am I missing something here?

Community ManagerHi I tried opening a case earlier and no one is getting back to me. Can’t seem to find a way to live chat and the email case seemed to just close with no reply. So I’m struggling to get any answers. Just tried to click the link you sent and it keeps sending me to a blank page.
Having the same problem. Got the X-Factor edition but no Cale Makar item found. I have a case open, needing an update from an advisor.
Any luck? Because I got a reply from the ea help and it was absolutely no help 😂. Just telling me to contact where I bought it from. Which is mad, as surely it’s all just part of the X factor stuff. Why have I got the rest of it and not the player item?
