Official Discord Server?

Is there any update on when the official Discord server will be up?  It was stated that this was going to be how we could directly engage the dev team with our suggestions etc.  Was this a false hope for '24 and something that's more down-the-road? 

I'm a little confused that after all the talk of open community engagement that there hasn't even been a timeline communicated.

    @Beauts90 All the official game ones I know of pretty much are only used to bring a community together, another place to have information posted, with little to no dev interaction unless they are small company trying hard to answer questions to keep them happy. Discord is more highly used and easier to have back n forth conversations than forums.

    Biggest thing could be people trying to play EASHL and need extra players to play 6s or whatever.

    So overall most game discords are about bringing the community together and helping each other out.

    It's not going to happen, even if it does it will be shutdown pretty fast.

    The UFC one is great, but is flooded with trolls and such during a time of new info, like near a release or a beta test.

    I find discord to be just like the forums, but on hyper-speed lol

    I hope so I am trying to talk to someone in EA by my Xbox account content is now deleted after linking my accounts someone please help!

    @scarecrowsc Thing is even with the discord you would still be directed to deal with the EA Help website stuff about your issue. Discord is more of a community type thing to get fans of the game together and also a place to find game information that would also be posted on the forums. You wouldn't deal with someone directly about your problem on Discord.

    I believe you would need to go here and open up a case and see how that goes for you.
