Power up collectible refund rate

Question

@EA_Aljo&nbsp; I just noticed that my Nation's of Hockey(NOH) John Carlson and Victor Hedman are only refunding 1 Power Up Collectible(PUC) for levels 88 and 89.Both level 88 and 89 cost 3 PUC's to build aren't they supposed to refund 2 PUC's back if the cost is 3?I've included pics of Hedman showing teir 8 (89 overall) cost 3 PUC's (teir 7 for 88 overall also cost 3) John Carlson is the same cost for both teir's) Also including a pic of Jack Echiel's X-Factor showing teir 9 (90 overall) refunding 2 PUC's when the cost was 3 PUC's.I know Echiel's is a teir higher but all other upgrades in game that cost 3 PUC's refund 2 PUC'sAny assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.Edit sorry couldn't include the pics, telling me the files are to large, though each pic is only around 3500 bytes. Why is the cap 3MB seems awfully low

My guess is that this is to discourage the breaking down of MSPs that some Streamers recommend doing.

EA probably figures Xfactors will be in a lineup all year if you're upgrading them and round up on the refunding of collectables. Where as MSPs are more likely to be broken down and EA rounds down the refund on those cards.

Anything to increase the cost to the player should always be our first thought on HUT

ETA - I notice that the Power-up Icons also round up on the refund
