Re: NHL 24 preorder

I only contacted Microsoft after I realized the +limited time offer was missing from the purchase. When it failed to go through I just went back into the store and reordered not realizing it may be an issue. I added screen shots of what the orders looked like now.

    I'm sorry to say, but since the order didn't go through and is being placed again now, it's too late for the original pre-order offers.

    So you’re telling me that EA would not have the power to add the hut building packs to my account?  I find that very hard to believe and very disappointing as a long time customer that it would not be looked into at least. 

    For the future if someone preorders something charge them for it right away so they can’t get screwed over like this. 

    My gamer tag on XBOX is HADONETOMANY if you’d like to look at my history. 

  • @mlsf83 It's not up to EA to charge you right away that is up to the console companies. Xbox charges you 10-14 days before launch of game. Just like canceling a pre-order is 100% on the console maker.

    So after arguing with Microsoft and them telling to talk to EA I am asking again if this is something EA can add to my account. I don’t think it’s asking too much and obviously I preordered the game.  The only thing missing would be the hut builder packs that I would be looking for. 

    let me know. 

    as a long time customer it would be appreciated

    I'm really. I feel for ya, but this isn't something we're able to do. The payment issue wasn't something on our end so we're really not able to grant anything for that.

    so being a long time customer and supporting EA games means nothing to you guys?  I know for a fact you are able to add packs to accounts so I hope as many people as possible can see this thread and how poor your customer service is to customers that have supported you for over 20 years. 

    I guess I should have started a YouTube channel for you guys to support me.
