Re: Power up collectible refund rate

My guess is that this is to discourage the breaking down of MSPs that some Streamers recommend doing. 

EA probably figures Xfactors will be in a lineup all year if you're upgrading them and round up on the refunding of collectables. Where as MSPs are more likely to be broken down and EA rounds down the refund on those cards. 

Anything to increase the cost to the player should always be our first thought on HUT

ETA - I notice that the Power-up Icons also round up on the refund
