Stuck loading when entering WOC

For the last two weeks every single time I try to enter WOC, I get stuck on the first load screen watching the spinning EA logo for nearly 10 mins. Sometimes I get a battle pass error and booted back to the main menus. 

I’ve tried clearing my cache on the game and XB. I’ve even deleted the game and save data multiple times and reinstalled. 

it works fine on cloud gaming but not the downloaded version. 

xbox series X. 

anyone have a fix?? I’ve also tried the gamer pic and roster fix already. 

it’s annoying because I buy this game every year only for WOC. That’s it.
