The game is sturrering badly on PS5

The game is stuttering really badly on PS5. I only play Ultimate Team against AI. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the game. The game works fine for a while, and then the problem returns. I also own the game on Xbox Series X and it runs without any issues. 

  • The problem seems to be solved. At first I only deleted the game save from the hard drive. Today it occurred to me, and I removed it from both the hard drive and the cloud, and now the game seems to be running normally. Thanks everyone for your help!

    The issue came back!  I have cleared the cache, deleted game save data, rebuild PS5 database, and reinstalled the game. What else I can do? I only play Ultimate Team against AI. How can it stutter?  NHL 24 is the only PS5-game I have issues with. I also own the game on Xbox Series X and it runs without any issues. Only difference is that Xbox version is on the disc, and PS5 version is digital.

    The other difference, and more important one, is that you're playing on 2 different consoles. We're also not getting other reports so it seems to be related to your console. Again, are you playing on a wireless connection?

    I always play with a wired connection. I uninstalled everything, did a factory reset to my PS5, and reinstalled everything. Now the game works normally. Very strange as all other PS5 games have been working fine all along. Thank you for your advice!
