Unable to assign assistant captains EASHL Clubs

We're aware of this and looking in to it. We'll have to wait and see if it's addressed in a future patch.

This is happening to everyone. I firmly believe this issue was the cause of the blacked out WOC jerseys and instead of actually fixing that problem, they put a bandaid over it by not allowing you to assign assistant captains. This game stinks!!

It's a bug. There's no conspiracy behind it.

just discouraging for all the fans of the game to be let down on an issue that really seems easy enough to fix. If it was a hut pack, and there was a bug not allowing you to spend real money on packs it’s a bug that’s fixed that day. The problem is we all know this issue may not get resolved until NHL25 because it doesn’t make money. Kinda sad really.

Then cherry on top the EA forum where fans voice issues. The response from EA guy is uninformed, short, and helps no one with info on a resolution. Like why did you bother responding at all? Honestly I think it’s fairly obvious there’s a bug lol and this isn’t a conspiracy. Maybe if you have no info on the issue just let the people vent. No need for a response just let the people feel heard. We all know  unfortunately this issue is low priority for the greedy and lucky to be only NHL game on the market.

Lucky for them because competition would do them tons of good. The franchise has really been underwhelming and unimaginative. 

This is ridiculous, I spend $60 on a game and can’t do something as simple as assign an assistant captain. This issue still hasn’t be fixed for me and it’s really starting to make me mad. This has been a problem for over a month, do better.

Yes, same unable to assign players assistant captains in woc eashl. This is a bummer as we have played together 3 years now.
