Why would you bring back hybrid controls? You already have the skill stick. '94 controls would've been better.
I suppose its a compromise.

Oh, I don't know, because maybe us disabled players can properly play the game properly
@EA_Aljo Is there any info that the legacy goalie controls (NHL 23) will adopt the Instinct System mapped to L2/LT vice the old precision control, or will only tethered goalie controls have access to Instincts?

They need to bring back the Legacy goalie controls from NHL10-16, those were the best controls for user goalies.

To say that is unacceptable is a massive understatement. They said right after the playtest was done they were going to bring hybrid controls back and it was one of their priorities, there is ZERO reason it shouldn't be a week 1 or week 2 patch that implements this. I preordered the game expecting this to be top of the line fix and will absolutely demand a refund if I am not getting the controls that was said to be one of their priorities after the playtest finished.
