Why not the 94 controls? You are making the game unplayable for me and the older generation. I understand you added more to the game and now I can’t play it . And now you’re telling me I’ve wasted my money because of this. Your team is going to lose a lot of people from this. People fromthe 70s,80s and 90s that. loved the the 94 controls. This is not good practice.

This is not good practice. Outside of those with disabilities, I really don't understand why people have used NHL 94 controls. You're limiting yourself and instantly at a disadvantage versus someone adept at skill stick/total control. You do realize that not everyone plays online, right? Some of us just want to play a game or two after a hard day's work, score a dozen or so goals against the Maple Leafs, and have a little fun. I really don't care to learn how to make my player do lacrosse goals or pass between the legs using a combination of triggers, bumpers, and sticks better suited for a Tekken tournament.

The type of info you put out there prior to presale. Had I known this before presale I wouldn't have purchased NHL 24. Simple as that.Do the same as with hybrid controls and bring back NHL 94 controls. Nothing complicated. We've been purchasing this game for so many years now and still this disrespect and dishonesty.So disapointed in you EA Sports

Hello, how do I pick 94 controls on NHL 24?I don’t see an option please help me find it, I can’t stand playing the stick control. I’ve always hated it and the 94 option was the easiest for me to play since the 90’s

The stupidest thing is that all managers are either cowardly silent, or write formal messages "soon", "we can't name a specific date". You once again framed everyone. You've had more than a month and you haven't done anything.

Just like that, a month ago they announced that there will be hybrid controls and 3 controls will be available. skill stick, total control and hybrid controller. If I knew it wouldn't be there right away, I would never buy a pre-order and wait for them to put it there.

Why can't I create a user-defined control?
I was looking forward to the game but it is unplayable for me, like all my friends I used hybrid controls which disappeared from the game. The game is absolutely unplayable for me now, but I regret buying kor when I bought the ultimate version.

For anyone wondering, I was able to refund my Xbox pre-order. Just said straight out that hybrid controls are missing and that’s non-starter for me. So you can get a refund.

I was able to refund mine no problem. I wish more people would refund and show them how upset we are. We can always buy it again if they fix the huge problems. The way they learn is if we hit them in the wallets.

@Aymeric-Ketterle Unfortunately unless they surprise us, unlikely. Around a month ago they announced the hybrid and '23 style goalie controls would be added in a POST launch update. They had stated they would be updating us with "concrete" info but since then it's been crickets from the devs and the community mgrs are in the dark.

These things take time to work out. There were a lot of changes made to controls and quite honestly, I don't think the team was anticipating such a blow-back from people who still use hybrid/ NHL 94 controls.
I was quite surprised to see the amount of people still relying on old controls.
