how do I pick 94 controls on NHL 24?
I don’t see an option please help me find it, I can’t stand playing the stick control. I’ve always hated it and the 94 option was the easiest for me to play since the 90’s
Why not the 94 controls?
You are making the game unplayable for me and the older generation. I understand you added more to the game and now I can’t play it . And now you’re telling me I’ve wasted my money because of this. Your team is going to lose a lot of people from this. People from
the 70s,80s and 90s that. loved the the 94 controls. This is not good practice.
Community ManagerI can't agree the game is unplayable for the older generation. Which, I am a part of. I too have been playing since the 90s and spent many years with the NHL 94 controls, but made the change to skill stick when it was first introduced. I know it's a big change. When you get it down though, you have a lot more in your arsenal as your gameplay options really open up. I understand they aren't for everyone, but these controls have been in the game since NHL 07. There really has been a very long time to get familiar with them. Just to be clear, I'm not talking about those that have mobility issues with their hands. That is obviously a different issue and I absolutely feel bad if your only option was to use the NHL 94 controls.

Outside of those with disabilities, I really don't understand why people have used NHL 94 controls. You're limiting yourself and instantly at a disadvantage versus someone adept at skill stick/total control.
Outside of those with disabilities who actually went out and bought the game expecting one thing and getting another, well that's kinda a big blowoff if you ask me I mean never mind if it wasn't going to be there in the 1st place why have the audio stating it was an option to begin with talk about bs.
