Hey, NHL Fans! Firstly, a big thank you for providing all the detailed feedback that was previously requested. We're now ready for the return of using best game location for matchmaking. It's going to behave a bit differently though. The option "Use Best Game Location" will be reintroduced, but exclusively for Clubs and not for Drop-in. This setting has been modified to function separately from Drop-in because of the initial matchmaking issue that led to the complete removal of this option earlier this year. There will be 2 server match making options: RelaxedWhile looking for the best combination of server ping and skill, the system will include a broader range of servers to expedite the match-finding process. Strict:The "Strict" option replaces "Exact" to offer more flexibility in finding the best location while maintaining a reasonable server ping. This will be beneficial for players close to multiple servers, such as a player in Boston who could play on the North American North-East or North American East server and still have a good gaming experience. Previously, it was restricted to one server over the other. Please let us know how this is working out for you. The feedback is greatly appreciated!

It's not working as usual.I've been 2 hours searching for a drop-in game to no avail.It finds teammates, but never an opposing team.It's so frustrating!

The more updates I download the longer it takes to find a freaking game. And when you finally find a match after wating hopelessly, it's [REMOVED], a.k.a. [REMOVED] in your team trolling your game! Edit: Removed player IDs. It is against the Answers HQ rules to "name and shame". -CM
