Can I use my progress from my Xbox One?

I had my Series X for a little and played HUT but later had to get rid of it. I was able to use my Xbox One to play and spent way more time on that. Can I use my Xbox One progress for my Series X with the migration? I'm not getting a option on that.

I'm sorry to say, we can't delete your team and let you migrate. Unfortunately, there's nothing else that can be done to move your team and progress over.

It sounds like you already created a team on the Series X version. Unfortunately, that means you wouldn't be able to migrate your Xbox One progress and content.

@EA_Aljo Could I delete the current team on the Series X and that would give me the option migrate? I remember some thing along the lines of that I couldn't bring by Series X team down when I started up on my Xbox One.
