I have started a ticket. I have my number but still nothing from anyone other you reminding me to start a ticket. J still can't buy anything. All else is fine. Can win bids, sell, blah blah blah. Can't but straight up and lost 2 premier cards which I received no return on. Still playing but bitterly.

You had attached an image of the security code you were sent. I removed it. Regardless, I can see the case was submitted. Just wait for an advisor to respond.
