Cannot Buy cards from auction house in HUT. Game just crashes when I try

I cannot buy any cards from the auction house. Any time I attempt to buy a card off of 'Buy it now" I get kicked out of hut.   I have talked with multiple people from ea support and none of them coul...

    Hello, @Buss_Soccer 

    An advisor is going to need to fix this. What you have is the negative escrow issue. They need to look at your escrow and zero out the balance so it's no longer negative. A case can be opened here to get in touch with an advisor. Thank you.

I’ve opened a case two weeks ago, they can’t seem to help me. I can bid no problems and win them, if I buy now I get error code and bounced out of HUT to Home Screen. How is it 2k can fix similar issues in minutes but EA takes forever?  It’s def a negative equity thing for me. I bid on a card and lost out to a higher bid. They gave me my money back twice.  I didn’t mind then however cause they screwed me out of breaking down and 86 hut icon power up Adam oats , stripped him of all his PUs and cash trade backs and they never gave me them.
