Cannot Buy cards from auction house in HUT. Game just crashes when I try

I cannot buy any cards from the auction house. Any time I attempt to buy a card off of 'Buy it now" I get kicked out of hut.   I have talked with multiple people from ea support and none of them coul...

    Hello, @Buss_Soccer 

    An advisor is going to need to fix this. What you have is the negative escrow issue. They need to look at your escrow and zero out the balance so it's no longer negative. A case can be opened here to get in touch with an advisor. Thank you.

Dude I just can’t even deal with these people at EA I’ve been dealing with this for about two weeks , and they refer me in the latest email to my own original complaint thread here . They can’t be this incompetent can they? Please dude here at EA Answers HQ get this fixed for me.  I’ve attached the latest morons email. With the link to this thread as the fix…  I’m sorry for the course language but I’m at my wits end now. If I was as bad as these people at the EA tech support I’d be unemployed now.
