Cannot change player name in woc

Im trying to change my player name in woc but it's greyed out and doesn't allow me to change it at all. Does anyone else have the same problem?

    Please send me a private message with your player name. Again, this needs to be in a private message.

You're welcome!

There's currently an issue we're looking into where your club and yourself will still see your old name, but other players see Jordan NHL. If you send me your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID, I'll pass it on to make sure your name is Jordan NHL.
