Can't Play Multiplayer on NHL24 (Cloud Gaming)

I want to play multiplayer game modes on NHL 24 via XBox Cloud Gaming. I am able to play single-player game modes perfectly fine, however, when I try to play a multiplayer game mode (e.g. online versus mode, HUT, etc., I see the error shown in the attached screenshot.

I have friends that can play multiplayer game modes perfectly fine. One difference I can think of is that they're using PC (Windows), and I'm using a Mac. I wouldn't expect this to be an issue though because I'd assume that cloud gaming would be platform-agnostic.

I have signed into my EA account and it appears that I am not banned or suspended (I also haven't played an EA game in years so I wouldn't expect to be).

Can I please have some help?

    Hey there, @84d423d429390206 

    We don't really have support for cloud gaming currently as that runs through the Xbox servers. You might want to contact Microsoft support to see if they can advise. 

    Something you should check is the IPv. If you're on IPv6, change to IPv4 instead.
