cant spend nhl points

I have no option to spend NHL points and can't find an answer to this anywhere. Is it a "me" issue? Is there a reason why only the "buy with coins" option is showing up and I can't use my NHL points to purchase packs?

Are you located in Belgium, but have set your country to something else? If so, that's not going to work.

Are you in Belgium by chance? Due to local laws, points are not sold there.

hello ,
i have the same problem .
i have a dutch account so no Belgium account
i can buy coins butt can't spend them on packs
what is the problem ?

Can you give me some more details? Are you trying to spend coins or NHL Points? Also, what is happening when you try to buy something?

@EA_Aljo i can buy NHL Points that is no problem and i do have some standing right now but when i go to the ultimate team shop to buy some packs with them the only option i can use is tot buy them with coins u recieve by playing games .

so i can't use my NHL points to buy packs and like i said i have a dutch account not a Belgium account
