Cant use Buy It Now under 5k

I can bid on anything in the auction house and buy anything over 5k. When I try to buy a card under 5k I get an error code and have to restart. Very frustrating and I've missed out on quite a few car...

    Hi there, @Spideynet2020 

    This is something an advisor is going to need to help with. Please open a case here and let them know you have the negative escrow issue. They just need to zero out your escrow balance.
