Thanks for reaching out about this. I'd like both of you to look at the network settings screen on your consoles and let me know what it says for the NAT setting.

I’m sorry for the late reply, I missed this email as it was sorted as junk mail.
I have moderate NAT type and my friend has open.
could that have an effect?
