Constant Desyncing Online

I have over 100 hours in the game online with no issue. As of a week ago I cannot complete a single online game.

I have a ps5 wired to fiber internet. 950+mb down and 20something up. When I try to play online, after a couple minutes, I’ll start resetting to faceoffs. By the 2nd period or so I get a lost connection. This does not happen in any other game. This is only nhl 24 and only as a week ago. Ive tried forwarding ports, resetting router, uninstalling game etc.

Please I just want to play the game I paid for.
