Disconnecting Frequently
My nhl 24 is not working at all! Keeps timing out and kicking me out of hut. Also-rivals is literally unplayable now. I’ve had to quit multiple games. I tried all the different ping rates and it still doesn’t work. Why should I pay for this game when I have to deal with this? I love hockey and this game is good when it works but holy cow…it’s frustrating beyond belief. If my internet has been great then why is it all the sudden unplayable?

I moved your post to its own thread since it was previously in one under a different topic.
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. If that doesn't help, let me know which system you're playing on so we can try some other troubleshooting steps.
